      • Kim’s potato rosti:
      1/2 kilogram Agria potatoes, grated and pressed of liquid
      1 Tbsp. flour
      1 tsp. salt
      pepper to taste
      trace of peanut oil for cooking
      Combine all dry ingredients and press into the bottom of a nonstick skillet, cooking for about 15 min. Remove and cut to your liking before the rosti cools.
